Trevor wants to be a junior ranger because he loves animals, enjoys nature, and wants to protect wildlife and help care for them.
Thank you for generously supporting Trevor in this year’s competition. Your participation helps empower the National Wildlife Federation in their mission to protect wildlife, restore habitats, and inspire the next generation of conservationists.
What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn MoreTrevor loves nature because every time he steps outside, it feels like an adventure. He loves spotting wildlife, hearing birds sing, and discovering new trails. Nature makes him curious about how animals, plants, and forests all work together. Being outside makes him feel calm, excited, and connected to the world. Trevor believes nature is something special to explore, learn from, and protect so others can enjoy it too.
Trevor’s favorite animal is the tiger. He admires its strength, beauty, and quiet power in the wild. Tigers are amazing hunters and important to their ecosystems because they help keep nature balanced. Trevor also thinks their orange fur and black stripes make them one of the most striking animals on Earth. Learning about tigers has made Trevor care even more about protecting wildlife and the habitats they need to survive.
Trevor’s favorite activity is playing outdoors with his friends. Whether they are riding bikes, exploring trails, playing baseball, or just running around together, being outside makes everything more fun. Trevor loves the freedom of fresh air and open space, where imagination can turn a park or backyard into a big adventure. Playing outside also helps him stay active, laugh with friends, and enjoy nature at the same time.
