What does Cypress love most about nature?

Cypress likes playing in the dirt, learning about new plants he finds, and most of all, he loves wildlife. He's fascinated by everything from tiny insects to giant bald eagles, and loves to watch and learn more about them, and about how to protect them. He wants to be an animal rescuer and teach people about animals when he gets older.

What is Cypress's favorite animal—and why?

Bunnies are his absolute favorite. He likes how fluffy and cute they are, and how they wiggle their little noses. We planted a flower garden last year for wildlife, and wild bunnies came by everyday to nibble on the flowers. He had so much fun watching them!

What is Cypress's favorite outdoor activity?

Hiking and playing at the beach! There's always so much to explore on trails and beaches. Deception Pass State Park is his favorite because there's always something new and exciting to see on the trails or in the tidepools.
