The Bucket List Family is reflecting on the deep sense of gratitude they've gained from experiencing nature across the world—from breathtaking landscapes to quiet, grounding moments outdoors.

Earth Day is a reminder to pause, appreciate, and reconnect with the environment we all share.

Tatum
Tatum has spent Earth Day 🌱 replanting his seedlings in his Garden I’m not so sure how much will continue to grow because he planted them for his chickens, goats and ducks in his backyard BUT they eat the lettuce and other plants before Tatum can hand feed them. Lol

Stevie
We are celebrating earth day by beginning to compost! Stevie is learning how it's important not to waste anything, and that it can be turned into beautiful soil.

Sparrow
We planted some hostas and are getting our chickens ready to move to their new coop!!!

Skadi
Growing a garden and learn about gardening helps our Earth.

Kinsley
Kinsley cleaned up the woods around her school with her class then came home and helped plant flowers with mom, and play with our herd of goats and dogs.

Ara
Ara wants to pick up garbage on our road and is going to plant new oak trees. But she also wants to, “just be outside to be in the beautiful sunny day! You can do good work and be in the sun! It’s all good stuff! It’s a winner - winner!” (Ara speak for win-win).

Korbin
Korbin has just got his new strawberry plants and is ready to get them in the ground. His fig tree is blooming great.

Maximilian
Max recorded a video with a special message for Earth day. He spent at home with his family and had to study for a test! 🥰🌱

Nathan
Nathan loves to help recycle and knows what things we can and can’t recycle.

Eiger
Eiger went out with me last Friday for an environmental class I teach, bringing high school students to do environmental monitoring. She is a 4th grader, but she quickly got on the survey for benthic macro-invertebrates in the water and joined the photo monitoring team at the site of a cattle exclusion fencing project in the woods!

Preston
We like to pick up garbage and keep our parks and public lands clean. We are friends to all creatures.

Maverick
Maverick celebrated cleaning up at school today with his peers. They walked all the grounds around their school area picking up litter and things that don’t belong.

Sylas
Sylas' school is cleaning up garbage around the park near the school today, and one way I show love to the earth is not littering. Keep our planet clean!

Ethan
Ethan and his siblings like to pick up trash on the way to and from school so it feels like every day is earth day!

Greyson
Greyson saves every seed from every fruit and we always try to make an attempt to grow them. Sometimes successful. Sometimes not so much!

Poppy
We are focusing on planting only native plants and trees to our area. When you plant native plants, you support your native insects that are cannot survive or breed on non-native plants. And insects are the backbone of the environment! We are also removing invasive plants that may look pretty, but disrupt our ecosystem by out competing or native plants!

We went to our local state park today

We’re celebrating earth day by protecting the baby starling birds in our yard from predators like blue jays.

Adrianna
We are heading to our creek to cleanup trash today and sharing with others to remember to pick up every day not just earth day! Adrianna loves the earth!
