Receive Text UpdatesWyatt loves seeing and learning about wildlife. His favorite part of being in nature is seeing all the “cool” animals. Learning about all the different species and how they thrive and survive differently. All the way down to the smallest of insects. His love for nature started at a very young age when I found a program for young kids at our local Conservancy. We attended weekly for two years (from age 3 to 5). This sparked his interest as he learned about different species and conservation.
The first one would be ducks. He likes ducks because they make a cool sound (that he likes to try and imitate). They are also able to live the best of “three” worlds - land, water and sky. His second favorite is the platypus because they are so fascinating. They have feet and bill like a duck, tail like a beaver and a furry body of a mammal; but it lays eggs! The most fascinating thing (according to Wyatt) is that they hunt underwater with eyes, nose and ears shut using electrolocation.
Wyatt loves to go fishing. He loves the challenge of reeling in the next big surprise. Also, just being in nature and on the water. He soaks it all in; from the birds above to the fish and turtles below.
