Learn MoreAnimals are what Wren loves most about nature. She loves learning and observing all of the different adaptations that nature has come up with to survive. Not just the superficial, but also the mechanics of how those adaptations work. Like how a luna moth tail scrambles bat sonar.
Blue swallowtail butterfly, she likes their iridescent wings. Rhinoceros beetles because of their impressive horns. She loves insects because of all of their diversity of body shapes and sizes.
Wren's favorite outdoor activity is looking for animals. She watches the sky and trees for birds. She looks under wood and rocks for frogs, insects and spiders. Deer, bobcats and coyotes come into our yard and she observes their behaviors.
