I feel happy being outside in the sun.” What else do you like about nature? “I like chasing butterflies outside because they remind me of Uncle Jay and Uncle Joey.” (Her late uncles)
“Turtles are my favorite animal because they swim in water and can also come out and walk on land. I really just like the turtles in the sea. The pond turtles look scary and Daddy says they bite.” What else do you like about turtles? “They are so cute and strong because they carry their shell.”
“My favorite thing to do outside is scooter to the beach to go in the ocean and find sea shells. Remember that one time we found a big shell but the animal was still in it so we couldn’t keep it. That was so cool. I like it better when the animal isn’t in it so I can hear the ocean.”
