What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn MoreVera loves that nature is full of surprises. She’s always looking for cool rocks, watching birds, and asking questions about animals and plants. She says nature feels like a big adventure where there’s always something new to discover. Being outside makes her happy because she gets to explore, learn, and imagine what life is like for the animals that live there.
Vera’s favorite animal is a dolphin because they are smart, playful, and love to swim in the ocean. She thinks it’s amazing how dolphins communicate with each other and help their friends. She also loves that they live in families and work together, which she says makes them “the nicest animals in the sea.”
Vera loves exploring outside—especially walking trails, looking for animals, and collecting interesting rocks or shells. She enjoys pretending she’s on a discovery mission where she’s the ranger protecting nature. Whether it’s the beach, a park, or the woods, she’s happiest when she’s outside finding new things and learning about the world around her. 🌿🐬
