What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn MoreTucker appreciates wide open spaces. He thoroughly enjoys being able to experience an array of trees, plants, flowers, birds, animals all while being outside in the fresh air. He hasn’t yet shown a focus on one specific element in nature, rather he soaks it all in.
Cows are Tuckers favorite animal. And while they aren’t wild animals, he lives in a farming community where any walk/ hike in nature can lead him to a view of cattle. He is very knowledgeable about the different breeds of cattle and is excited to share that with others.
Tucker’s favorite thing is to lead others on hikes, directing them on his best path, and pointing out the animals he may encounter along the trail. Tucker insists on carrying a walking stick, and wants all in his group to carry one as well. He reminds others to document their experiences by taking lots of photos, whether it is of cows in a pasture, leaves on the floor of the forest or an amazing sunset. In the fall, he enjoyed collecting leaves and learning about trees in our region.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
