What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn MoreTeagan has wide eyes and an open heart for all nature and animals around her. She buys and plants milkweed to attract Monarchs, buries the lizard that she found passed away, gives water to the squirrels when we haven’t had a lot of rain, protects the ants at recess, and rocks the chickens to sleep. She has something so magical and magnetic about her love and bond with animals and preservation for the natural world around her. She’s a little hippie in all the right ways.
I don’t think there is an animal she doesn’t like, but wolves are Teagan’s favorite. She loves how they are wild, free, and majestic. She says, “I love how they work together as a pack and sometimes even work with crows!” She has read several chapter books about wolves and would love to visit a sanctuary for rescues one day.
When the weather is right, swimming is Teagan’s favorite thing to do. She loves the way the water feels and discovering a whole, secret, underwater world.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
