Soren finds magic in the old way of life, whether camping under the stars or cross-country skiing through a quiet forest. From riding horses to exploring National Parks and the wilderness of Northwest Wisconsin, she thrives on adventure. She loves the peaceful silence of the woods and the hidden surprises found around every turn. Whether she’s using her imagination to build traps and forts or quietly exploring her own back trails on her horses, Soren is always at home in the wild.

What is Soren's favorite animal—and why?

Soren’s favorite animal is the horse, a passion she’s pursued since she first started riding at age two. Living in Northwest Wisconsin, she spends her time caring for her family’s three horses and studying the unique traits of different breeds. For Soren, horses are a great connection with the outdoors. She is often found running wild and free alongside them through our fields of clover and wildflowers. The horse perfectly captures the spirit of nature and she is in awe of their beauty & power.

What is Soren's favorite outdoor activity?

Soren’s favorite outdoor activity is spending every possible moment with the animals on her hobby farm. On warm summer days, she can be found in the pasture reading books or telling stories to her horses and sharing apple treats from our trees. She may only be 8 but has well planned goals to become an equine rehabilitator, rescuing and training horses to give them a second chance. She has a deep interest in the protection and management of the wild Mustangs of the American West.
