Receive Text UpdatesSage loves exploring nature and discovering new things! Just one of his favorites things about it is how many cool things there are to see in one tiny spot. He can spend hours just being amazed by one small tide pool and all that it contains, from broken shells, urchin spines, tiny fish, crabs, and cool designs in the rocks! He is such a good reminder of all the natural beauty around, Everyday he asks new questions about something in nature and we go to the library for more books!
Sages current favorite animal is a cheetah! This past Halloween mom made him a handmade cheetah costume, which he still wears around today. He knows all the stats and facts about cheetahs and likes to educate others on the different patterns in the fur of cheetahs, leopards, and jaguars. He says a cheetah is his favorite because “they are the fastest land animal on earth! And they can take off faster than a race car!”
Sage’s favorite outdoor activity is adventuring! We pack our bags and go exploring. He always has an adventure bag with him, with lots of tiny pockets for collecting things. What he packs varries from day to day, snacks, water bottle, tools, whittling kit, string, tiny fish net, compass, pocket saw, walking stick, carabiners, flash light, a book about where we are going that day, an extra bag for trash he picks up. Sage loves to use tools to explore and make amazing things in nature.
