What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn MoreRyler loves that nature feels like a real-life discovery mission. He’s fascinated by how animals survive, from sharks in the ocean to birds and reptiles that look like living dinosaurs. He’s always asking questions about how animals hunt, adapt, and protect their homes. Exploring outside feels like stepping into the same wild world dinosaurs once lived in, and he loves learning how today’s animals connect to the past.
Ryler’s favorite animals are sharks. He thinks they’re incredible because they’ve existed for hundreds of millions of years; even before dinosaurs! He loves learning how sharks sense movement in the water and how important they are to keeping the ocean healthy. To him, sharks aren’t scary; they’re powerful, ancient survivors that show how amazing and resilient nature can be.
Ryler loves exploring outside like a young scientist. Whether he’s hiking, looking for animals, or studying cool rocks and fossils, he treats every trip outdoors like an expedition. He especially enjoys spotting birds, reptiles, and other animals that remind him of dinosaurs. Being outside makes him curious about how nature works and inspires him to keep learning about wildlife.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
