Receive Text UpdatesShe loves the beauty and wonder of nature, especially the incredible sights we’ve seen while visiting over 14 national parks together, and 32 of the 50 states. From mountains and forests to deserts and wildlife, each place has amazed her. She also enjoys learning about plants, their uses, their job in their environment, and loves planting them herself in our family’s garden. These experiences have helped her understand how important it is to care for and preserve nature.
Her favorite animal is a bunny- to include jack rabbits. She loves how gentle, quiet, and peaceful they are. Not to mention, adorable. Bunnies remind her of how soft and kind nature can be, and they also remind her of her mommy. Whenever she sees one, it makes her smile and reminds her to move gently and respectfully in the natural world.
Her favorite outdoor activity is going on nature hikes and exploring different environments. She loves walking through forests, deserts, and trails while looking for animals, plants, and interesting rocks. Each hike feels like a new adventure where she can learn more about the world around her. She is homeschooled, and enjoys the freedom that it gives us to experience the outdoors.
