What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn MoreThis sounds cliche but he really just enjoys being outside with his family, looking for anything that is a living thing-bugs, plants, reptiles. He loves the mountains and trees. He likes to imitate nature with habitats that he likes to build for the creatures that he finds and later releases back to their homes.
The Bald Eagle is his favorite, even though he loves all animals. Its his favorite because it represents the United States and he also thinks their fishing skills are awesome. He likes when they "swoop" down to the water
Ridge's favorite outdoor activity is being by the water or in the water. He loves swimming, it doesn't matter what kind of body of water-lake, river, creek water hole. Kayaking has become one of his favorite activities, of course he has to be fishing while kayaking. Ridge is also really into searching for critters in the creek. He gets excited every time he finds something like its the first time he's found it (when he has found/caught probably 100 of them already). He just admires the outdoors.
