Phoenix loves the wonder of nature and discovering how every living thing plays a role in the great food web that gives life to our planet. Being outside makes him feel calm, excited, and curious all at once; he’s most at home in the forest. He especially loves watching animals in their natural habitats and learning new wildlife facts, so he can share them as “Phoenix Facts” and inspire others to see how amazing and important our shared ecosystem really is.
This was a tough one, but it’s got to be the gray wolf. He admires their intelligence, teamwork, and strong pack bonds. Wolves hunt animals bigger than themselves using strategy and cooperation, and there’s even evidence they mourn their dead. He dreams of visiting Yellowstone to see the Lamar Canyon Pack, inspired by their legendary members like 06 Female, and feels amazed by how powerful and clever these wild animals are.
Most recently his favorite pastime is forest bathing. When life gets loud, he loves walking in the woods, spotting plants, finding animal tracks, and listening to birds. Sometimes he climbs trees to see the forest from a new angle or just sits quietly and listens. Every walk feels like an adventure, full of discoveries, surprises, and the kind of calm wonder that makes him feel connected to all the life around him.
