Learn MoreNature is a magical playground filled with adventures! This morning, he hiked for 2 hours & found yellow & black feathers from a Northern Flicker. He loves listening to the frogs singing in our pond and learning about their life cycles. Recently, he snorkeled and saw colorful fish, which felt like exploring an underwater world! He think wildflowers, even dandelions, are beautiful. He tracks a hammerhead shark and a polar bear on Fahlo, learning how to protect these animals.
Owen's favorite animal is the cheetah because of its incredible speed, but he truly loves all cats! He often talks about the mountain lions near our home and is fascinated by tigers. His heart has always been set on having a pet cat, and after a year and a half of asking, he finally got one! In October 2024, we went horseback riding in Oklahoma and he brought home a kitten from a litter. Owen dreams of going on a safari to see cheetahs and lions in the wild!
Owen loves floating in his shark inner tube on the Little Sugar River in Bella Vista, AR, during the summer. He enjoys listening to the running water, identifying birds, and watching the fish swim by. He also makes it a point to pick up any litter he sees, taking it home to help keep the river clean.
