Learn MoreI think that Olivia recognizes the difference in the way she feels after spending time outside- it is regenerative and relaxing and FUN for her. She could spend all day everyday outside. She is so imaginative and loves to explore. She has done quite a few bigger hikes, lots of campouts, and spends every moment she can playing her little heart out outside!
Olivia has two favorites- mice and zebras. When asked why she likes mice, she said “They’re just sooooo cute and small.” When asked about zebras, she said, “I think they look so cool with black stripes all over them.” Olivia has a huge heart for animals. She cares so deeply about all living creatures.
Olivia loves camping!! We have tried to make it a priority in our family to spend a good portion of our nice weather season camping. We even bought a stove and tent with a chimney to extend the times we can spend outdoors as a family. It was a financial sacrifice, but one that we have already seen a great return on and will forever. Olivia has also done some clamming at the Oregon coast and absolutely had a blast with that as well.
