They are all so unique and thrive in different environments and have special abilities to succeed in that environment. My favorite show is Primal Survivor and I watch Hazen Audel explore these environments and have adventures like cracking open a coconut on a lost island or using tree wax to light a fire to stay warm at night in the wilderness. I want to do more of that
I can't pick just one! So I'll tell you three - the Silverback Gorilla! They are strong and powerful and protective, I help conservation through the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund - helping the Segasira family of gorillas in Rwanda, he is 16 and has 3 offspring. He recently just defended his tribe from a fellow gorilla invasion of 16 vs their 9! The Peregrine falcon! Engineering meets biology! The fastest animal ever 240mph in the dive! Tardigrade! Tiny, resilient, live in volcanos, ice, space?! love
Hiking up my favorite hikes in search of the perfect wizard staff! (We have a stack of Oliver's sticks he has collected over the years and god forbid I suggest we get rid of some!) I love finding animals, tracking, and seeing them in their habitat. Every outdoor expedition is and adventure - he packs ALL the things, binoculars, something to collect samples, compass, tools etc. So he can learn about them and understand them.
