Learn MoreI love the calm and peace I feel in nature. I am amazed by how everything works together—how each plant and animal helps another. To me, nature is like one big connected system where everything matters. I also love that there is always something new to discover, whether it’s a tiny bug, a tide pool creature, or something I’ve never noticed before.
My favorite animals are cats of any kind, from house cats to pumas. I love how smart they are and how they figure things out in clever ways. They can also be really goofy and playful, and every cat has its own personality, which makes them fun to watch. I’m also fascinated by how their bodies work, like their retractable claws and how their flexible spines help them land on their feet.
My favorite outdoor activity is climbing, whether it’s trees, ropes, or boulders. I love the challenge and figuring out where to go next. It makes me feel strong and adventurous. A close second is snorkeling, because I get to see the magic of coral reefs with schools of fish, starfish, rays, and even sea cucumbers. It feels like exploring a whole different world.
