Everywhere we go with our property being no exception. Noel admires all that nature has to offer. From how many beautiful trees to the beautiful flowers beginning to bloom and all of the little animals that are starting to appear, she takes pride in noticing it all and remembering what she saw that day. Every evening before she goes to sleep, she will write in her journal all of the animals that she saw that day and what flowers are starting to bloom.
Noel‘s favorite animal is the cheetah. When she was three she went to the San Diego Wild Animal Park while visiting her grandmother in California. She got to see the cheetahs run, and from that moment on, she has come to love the cheetah. Every zoo and Safari Park since the cheetah is the first animal, she always wants to see.
INoel loves to spend time with her 80 chickens that she knows by name. From her biggest rooster that stands two feet tall to her smallest hen that weighs less than a pound. She loves going from run to run to visit every last one of them. She shows her passion for her chickens every time we have bad weather, she will personally go and catch her free range roosters, and make sure they are safely put away in our shed. Which is not an easy task for a six-year-old. Watching her always makes me smile.
