Receive Text UpdatesMilo likes being in nature because it makes him feel peaceful and calm. He also thinks it’s fun to play outside. Animals are easily his favorite part of the natural world. He loves learning facts about animals, and is even known as the “animal expert” in his first grade class.
Milo’s favorite animal is a cat because they purr, they are soft, and because they come up to you and let you pet them. His favorite reptile is a Komodo dragon. He likes them because they are cool and they are rare. He was very excited when he was able to visit the new Komodo dragon habitat at the St. Louis Zoo.
Milo likes playing chase with his friends on the playground. He also enjoys going on nature hikes and exploring the creek beds for interesting rocks and fossils. He also always keeps his eyes peeled for wildlife. We vacationed in Rocky Mountain National Park last summer, and he had an absolute blast. Milo also likes planting vegetables in the garden at his Oma’s house. He also likes turning over the large rocks in the soil to inspect what kind of bugs are hiding underneath.
