What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn MoreIn Milos own words, “Everything!” He spends the majority of his days exploring, building dirt tracks, riding his bike, and seeing what he can create with the world around him. It’s such a joy to see his little curious eyes light up when he sees a rainbow, a sunset, or gets excited about little bugs he finds. The world is truly his oyster and he’s constantly in wonder about the world around him.
A lizard! We have lots of blue belly lizards where we live and Milo loves watching them and trying to catch them. He recently caught one that was seemingly sick, and has rehabilitated it and has been keeping it as a pet for weeks now. We’re all convinced they’re long lost souls since the little lizard doesn’t even leave his side. He’s shown real empathy at such a young age to care for this creature and it’s been extremely fun learning about lizards with him.
Milo loves rock climbing with his papa. His papa took him out rock climbing for the very first time at 6 months old in the baby carrier, and ever since Milo has been crushing the rock. He loves all the gear, getting up early with his papa to hike to the crag, and the beautiful views he gets to see from his climbs! It’s a great way for him to build strength, bravery, and focus on something he truly enjoys, all while having fun!
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
