Receive Text UpdatesMiles loves getting hands-on and in animals’ natural environments! All summer you can find him in a West Virginia Creek bed or turning over rocks in the woods. He loves learning their habits and respects their roles in nature. He won’t even try crab legs because it makes him sad!
Miles has a high interest and reptiles, ocean life and insects. It would be hard to narrow it down, but tortoises and sea turtles have been high on the list for a long time! Ocean animals that could have possibly been around during the time of dinosaurs are super cool!
By far, his favorite outdoor activity is exploring any small body of water around us with his net and bucket. He loves catching salamanders, tadpoles, snails, and observing them, but always letting them go. If the sun is shining, he will ask to go find animals!
