What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn MoreMax loves to spend time in nature on hikes, on neighborhood walks and exploring our yard. If he can't find wildlife to observe, he will often bring his own toy animals to play with. He even likes to bring a sketchpad with him to draw animals.
Max's favorite animal is a tiger! He likes tigers because they are majestic. They live alone in the jungle and spend a lot of time watching other animals that they hunt to eat. Even though most cats don't like water, tigers do - they swim in the water and even catch fish sometimes. He likes the color orange and that their stripes help to camouflage them.
Max loves to build habitats for his toy animals. He can spend hours outside building the perfect habitat with wood, grass and rocks. He even adds water if the animal he is building for enjoys water a lot. In the Winter when we spend more time inside, he has a rug is designed to look like a desert, a jungle, a forest and an island and he will play with his animals there.
