Watching, finding, and befriending animals helps him regulate when life feels overwhelming. Through nature he connects with others—kids and adults alike—sharing what he knows and spotting animals wherever we go.
Mason’s favorite animals are reptiles—especially lizards. He loves learning about their adaptations and finding all the different species native to Florida. Somehow he spots them everywhere, and when he gently catches one to show others, they often stay surprisingly calm. It’s almost like they understand him—and he understands them.
Mason loves exploring outdoors and searching for wildlife. He’s always scanning for animals—especially lizards—wherever we go. He also loves fishing, something his uncle introduced him to when he was very young. Mason enjoys catching fish to observe them up close, but he always carefully releases them back into the water. For him, being outside is an adventure and a chance to connect with nature.
