Every walk turns into a treasure hunt to see what creature she might discover next.
Right now her favorite animal is a tiger because she thinks their stripes are beautiful. But the truth is her favorite animal changes almost every week as she discovers new ones. She gets fascinated learning about each animal and how it lives, and she always wants to know more.
Madeline loves playing on the playground, but her real favorite is exploring the woods. On a recent walk we found a rat snake and she was completely fascinated by it. Instead of being scared, she wanted to watch it and learn about it. Now every time she goes exploring, she hopes to find another animal.
