Receive Text UpdatesMac loves discovering cool plants and animals. He can walk along our local trail at Green Lakes and easily spot snakes, turn over rocks looking for spiders, see fish in the translucent water, or a bird flying overhead. He takes the time to appreciate and learn about the environment around him. Most recently, we went for a cave hike in Vietnam, and he loved counting the monkeys in the trees on the way to the cave, and seeing the unique flowers could grow without any sunlight deep in the cave.
Mac loves all types of animals, but sharks are probably the animal he loves the most. He knows tons of different types of sharks. He has been to lots of aquariums to watch and learn about different types of sharks, and loves to feed the nurse sharks at Robbie’s in Islamorada.
Mac’s favorite outdoor activity is probably sledding or running. As much as he loves to stop and overturn rocks looking for cool insects, he also loves to go fast! He just started learning to ski, and is liking that, too, but he loves to run, loves being in the snow, and loves a great hill to sled down in a saucer.
