What does Liesl love most about nature?

Liesl is fascinated with bugs, birds and animals in nature. She loves learning about how they all connect and live with each other. She also loves helping mom garden. As a kid struggling with ADHD, autism and anxiety, nature and animals are some of the only things that have helped her focus and stay calm, allowing her to be her best self.

What is Liesl's favorite animal—and why?

Liesl loves horses. She has been taking therapeutic riding lessons since she was 6yo, learning how to connect her heartbeat with a horse’s calm body. She works hard grooming and connecting with her horse Pepsi, and loves doing nature walks on her horse outside. Horses have allowed Liesl to learn life/social tools like focus, communication, responsibility and dedication.

What is Liesl's favorite outdoor activity?

Liesl loves running and playing soccer. Ever since she was little, she would get distracted during soccer because of the butterflies or birds nearby. She also loves running in nature and exploring life around her.
