Receive Text UpdatesLevi loves exploring and discovering new things. He enjoys climbing, getting dirty, and going on outdoor adventures because it makes him feel curious and brave. Nature teaches him about how plants grow and how animals, big and small, live and interact in the wild. He loves collecting treasures like rocks, sticks, and leaves. Summer is his favorite season because it’s warm, sunny, and perfect for exploring, camping, and visiting National Parks with his family.
Levi’s favorite animal is the African elephant. He thinks it’s amazing that they are the biggest land animals in the world. African elephants live in South Africa, where his grandparents live, which makes them even more special to him. He loves their trunks because with 100,000 muscles they can act like a nose, a hand, and even a water sprayer. Elephants enjoy playing in water and rolling in mud to stay cool. They are very smart and have incredible memories, which makes them truly amazing.
Levi's favorite outdoor activity is looking for little animals in the garden. He likes lifting big rocks to find rolly pollies and snails and making a small habitat for them with his friends. Sometimes a salamander (Sally) comes out in our irrigation box and he shows her to his neighbors. In the fall, he helps clean leaves and makes compost with old fruits and vegetables. We add worms and turns it into rich dirt for our vegetable garden. He likes helping nature and watching our plants grow.
