What does Lane love most about nature?

Lane loves exploring and finding out new things about animals. His favorite thing to do is go out on our land and "critter hunt" as we call it. It never fails no matter where we go he would rather explore and look for animals than anything else.

What is Lane's favorite animal—and why?

Chameleon (he has a Jackson's Chameleon). Lane loves how they can change their color to camouflage themselves by using crystals in their skin cells.

What is Lane's favorite outdoor activity?

Lane's favorite outdoor activity is exploring and finding different types of animals. We call it "critter hunting/catching". He will spend all day outside doing this. Everyone that knows Lane knows how much he loves animals. He was chosen to be Steve Irwin in a wax museum last year by his teacher. It was so fitting for him. He got to take some of his animals for live props. He currently has a Jackson's chameleon, leopard gecko, and cornsnake.
