Learn MoreKal loves that it’s really beautiful to look at. He likes looking at all the bugs, especially bees because they don’t sting you if you’re gentle and kind. He likes looking at flowers, and the science of how things grow. He learned in school about weather and seasons and is excited to use his new telescope when the weather warms up. Being in nature is his favorite because he looks for animals.
His favorite animal currently is a great white shark because they hunt to eat and are so powerful. They have lots of sharp teeth and swim really fast. Great white sharks are so powerful that they can jump up out of the water. They are scary but cool. Kal is really looking forward to looking for shark teeth at low tide on vacation this summer. He has a necklace with a shark tooth on it that he likes to wear to school.
Kal likes painting outside and playing tag but swimming and fishing in the lake are his favorite. Kal could spend hours running really fast and jumping off the dock. He has been fishing with his family since he was two years old but now that he is six he know how to cast and set the hook when he gets a bite. His favorite fish to catch are bass because they are big and strong when you reel them in. Plus, you get to dig in the mud for worms to use for fishing!
