My son has always loved animals and learning more about them! He may even become a vet someday: dogs, hawks, walruses, sloths are some favs!

What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn MoreJonas loves learning about different habitats and how animals are each unique and different. He says that being in Utah we can see how the mountains, valleys, and desert are all so different. He loves being outside with our pet dog, chickens, and two little goats. He will play for hours and loves that each animal has its own personality. He would love to explore more and see more animals in real life. He would loves nature and would love to go explore a rain forest or jungle!
Jonas says his favorite animal is a walrus because they are social and communicate with each other. “They are super big and have cool looking tusks!” He’s learned that they can live in the harsh cold environment because of their thick skin. Jonas says they are friendly to each other, but maybe not humans. They are like a huge seal and that makes them cute. Jonas would love to see a walrus in the wild!
Jonas loves to play soccer, swim, and mountain bike. Jonas says mountain biking is fun because you get to be in nature, and see the valley from the top of the mountain. He has been playing soccer since he was three and loves to swim in the summer. Jonas loves to be active outdoors and see his friends as much as possible!
