Learn MoreI like the fact that everything has its own specific place in nature. The prey keep the grasses and vegetation stable so the ground's resources aren't used up, and the predators keep the number of prey down to keep the habitat's balanced. It's an incredible and intelligent design!
It's so hard to pick just one! There's the dangerous saltwater crocodile, the mesmerizing sperm whale, or the mysterious and beautiful clouded leopard. But if I had to pick, I'd go with the clouded leopard. They have the most amazing fur patterns with their rosettes, they are amazing climbers who can zoom up and down tree trunks like squirrels, and they are really good at being mysterious as they are really hard to spot. I just love everything about them!
I love going on walks on our country roads to try and spot my favorite local wildlife like red-tailed hawks, snapping turtles in the creeks, bumblebees on the flowers, cool bugs like praying mantises or wolf spiders, and on rare occasions a bald eagle!
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
