What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn MoreHe loves nature most when he gets to see animals thriving in the wild and living the way they were meant to. He is fascinated by rare animals and dreams of one day visiting the Galápagos Islands to see giant tortoises, blue-footed boobies, and marine iguanas in their natural habitat. He is always curious about the different habitats animals live in—from forests and deserts to oceans and mountains—and enjoys learning how each environment supports unique plants and wildlife.
His favorite animal is the panda, which became his favorite after reading Panda-monium by Stuart Gibbs. Since then, he has been fascinated by pandas and loves learning more about them. We even took a special trip to Atlanta to visit Zoo Atlanta and see the pandas in person. Now, his dream is to one day see pandas thriving in the wild in their natural habitat
Jaxson loves spending time outdoors and visiting national parks, where he is always eager to hike trails, spot wildlife, and learn about the environment. He enjoys discovering new animals, ecosystems, and cultures wherever he travels. What makes him unique is how he shares his adventures with family through stories and video clips, teaching them what he has learned along the way. His curiosity, love of nature, and enthusiasm for adventure make him a great Junior Ranger candidate
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
