He loves to be outside with his sister and our two dogs - Benny and Sadie. He loves learning outdoor survival skills, from building primitive shelters to starting fires with a flint, and can make a whistle out of a simple acorn top.
Henry loves all animals, but his favorite is the sperm whale and the orca. . Their ability to dive deep into the ocean, their underwater communication and their strategic hunting patterns, make them very smart. Every animal has its own way of hunting, hiding or defending itself. Henry also like spiders. They are underrated and unappreciated with their beautiful webs. If we didn’t have spiders, we’d be up to our necks in mosquitos and flies.
Henry lives in the mountains of Colorado where he spends a lot of time skiing, biking and scanning animal tracks on hikes. One of his favorite encounters was spotting a red fox out in the wild and has made him eager to protect our forest friends at home. Henry loves adventure travel - he recently fed squid to Stingrays in the Bahamas, trekked through the jungles of Costa Rica looking for tapirs and played on the beach with lemurs in Madagascar.
