The peregrine falcon because they can fly faster than 200 miles per hour in their hunting dive and can spot prey over a mile away. I live close to NYC and they have a large population of peregrine falcons.
Birdwatching, especially when I’m at the beach or sailing. It’s amazing to watch the osprey dive to catch fish and you can even see the nests they’ve built on the wooden platforms in the water.
