What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn MoreHe loves all the different animals in nature, and is excited about the unknown of what he may encounter! He loves the fresh air and various landscapes (lakes, streams, mountains, and wants to see the desert). He's never bored in nature and there never seems to be enough time to spend there!
Poison dart frogs are his favorite, because they tell predators that they are poisonous with their vibrant colors, which helps them stay safe in the wild. He also really likes the patterns, his favorite is the red headed poison dart frog.
His favorite activity is to ride his bike to the bike trail and venture down to the creek for an afternoon of exploring! He loves that he can be up close and personal with all there is to see; crawdads, rocks, and minnows. It is so peaceful there surrounded by grasses, trees, and the trickle of the stream. He is trying to perfect his rock skipping skills, and loves to hop rock to rock if the water is down to be able to explore further.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
