he loves exploring and discovering new things outdoors, catching bugs, being near water, and going on little adventures like fishing and camping.
I asked him personally, and his answer was simple: “Sharks and dinosaurs.”
Fishing, without a doubt. Whether it’s at the small lake near our house, on his grandpa’s boat, at campgrounds, or even “fishing” with a rubber fish in the grass in our front yard, Gavin is happiest near the water. My husband and I are avid fly fishermen, chasing Steelhead in the spring and Coho Salmon in the fall in northern Michigan. Gavin comes with us and will stand in the river for hours. As they say, “the tug is the drug,” and he’s already hooked.
