He loves learning how different plants can be used in medicine, and how plants can be pollinated to grow into gorgeous flowers or how moss grows as well, he loves using moss for his little creatures he’s catches to study and release, for example, his jumping spider that he recently found!
Gabriel absolutely adores reptiles, he always has since he was a little boy! He would always go out trying to find different kinds of snakes, spiders, and especially lizards! Everyday he would say since he was 3 years old was “Mom! Can he please go on another nature hike to find some different species?!” And everyday we would take the dogs with us and go hiking! His favorite find is snakes & lizards, because of their ability to slither away so quickly, making the job to catch them even harder!
Gabriel’s favorite outdoor activity is definitely being outdoors whether it’s hiking to find critters or playing sports, like soccer! Being outdoors is where he feels most at home, so whether it be exploring what nature has to offer and how it helps our eco system definitely gives Gabriel happiness to learn more about! Snow nor rain, will stop him from exploring the great outdoors! He recently has been learning more about bats ever since he found one himself during a hike we were on!
