What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn MoreFinn loves being outside in all of the changing seasons Minnesota has to offer! He loves adventuring, getting dirty, hiking, camping, fishing, exploring, and gardening. He loves seeing animals, hearing animals, and identifying animals whether in a book or out in the wild. A few of his favorite outdoor activities are throwing rocks in the water, and collecting all sorts of trail goodies like rocks, sticks, mushrooms, pinecones, leaves, and especially animal bones, bug wings, and feathers!
Finn's favorite animal is currently a wolf. On camping trips we have gotten to hear wolves howl and howl along with them. Finn loves howling while out exploring in the woods, especially on his grandpa's 100 acres. Finn also loves that wolves look like dogs, another of his favorite animals, but more mysterious.
Currently his favorite outdoor activity is just playing outside! Wether it is making up mud pies, collecting goodies from the woods on our walks and adventures, playing the trees as drums with sticks, or running around at the playground, this kiddo just loves to get dirty and play outside - rain, snow or sunshine!
