What does Finn love most about nature?

What Finn loves most about nature is all the amazing things he gets to see and explore. His favorite things are all the little lizards that run around our yard, and all the fish that jump in the ponds around our neighborhood and the crabs that waddle around in the marsh. Marine life is particularly fascinating to Finn because of how cool it is that they can swim so fast in the water.

What is Finn's favorite animal—and why?

Finn’s favorite animal is the black tip reef shark. He has always wanted to see one in real life but has not gotten the chance yet! When he’s older and a marine biologist, he would like to study the black tip reef shark. The reason he likes this species so much is because of its awesome black spots on its fins. The black spots sit on its fins and make it look scary and tough even though they are normally passive towards humans.

What is Finn's favorite outdoor activity?

Almost every day when Finn gets home from school, he can’t wait to go fishing. He loves fishing because of all the different fish he can catch and learn about. When he does catch a new fish, he always looks up what kind of fish it is and sometimes they have weird names like a Grunt which is a fish that makes a grunting noise. He thinks that’s kind of funny! It feels like he’ll never have to stop learning about all the fish in the sea.
