Learn MoreMy child loves being outdoors and exploring the natural world. We live in rural Montana, so she spends a lot of time outside helping raise lambs and goats and learning to care for animals. She enjoys hiking, spotting wildlife, and discovering new things in nature. Being outside sparks her curiosity, and she loves learning how animals, plants, and ecosystems all work together.
My child’s favorite animal is the flamingo because she loves how unique and colorful they are. While we don’t have flamingos in Montana, her Bumpa raises bird hunting dogs and loves teaching her about animals and wildlife. She enjoys learning how animals live and survive in different environments. Flamingos especially fascinate her because of their bright pink color and the way they live together in large groups.
My child loves spending time outdoors in many different ways. Her brother enjoys collecting bugs, and she often helps him search for them and learn about different insects. She especially loves swimming, climbing, and going on nature walks. One of her favorite things to do is collect leaves and flowers during walks and press them later to use in crafts. Being outside gives her endless opportunities to explore and create.
