Nora loves biodiversity. She loves seeing all the different sizes, colors, shapes, and environments nature has to offer. From blooming flowers to falling leaves the scents and colors each season has to offer inspires her. As for the fauna, Nora has been curious since day one. She has already been a butterfly mother; starting with hungry little caterpillar growing to the fascinating construction of the chrysalis, hatching into beautiful painting butterflies. Our #1 hiking game is critter spotting
When I asked her what her favorite animal was she couldn’t decide on one. Her first answer is a momma black bear with cubs. She enjoys witnessing the power and protection the majestic mother provides while how playful and curious her offspring move about. Living in Gatlinburg, Tennessee we have an awesome opportunity to see these amazing creatures throughout the year as they grow and change. Second is the red pandas. The vibrant color and playful nature makes her as Nora says, love and hug them.
Where to begin. Doesn’t matter the season, each part of the year provides a different way to enjoy the great outdoors. From biking the Virginia creeper trail to hiking the Smokies and other great national parks, I’m proud to say my Nora loves being outside. Swimming, fishing, or picnicking near rivers in summer. Snowboarding, sledding, and bird watching in winter. Wildflower hikes and gardening in spring. Leaf collecting and mud kitchen in the fall. The outdoors is the perfect playground!
