Learn MoreDylan loves that nature is full of surprises! Whether he’s mushroom hunting in the forest, tidepooling at the beach, or discovering a new animal on the trail, every adventure teaches him something new. He believes in leaving every place cleaner than he found it - because taking care of nature means it’ll always be there for the next explorer.
One of Dylan’s first words was “Eagle!” So it’s no surprise that the Bald Eagle is his favorite animal. With Hawk as his middle name, raptors are basically in his DNA! When he visited a raptor recovery center in Iowa, he got to meet eagles, owls and hawks up close - an experience he’ll never forget. Eagles soar high and see everything below, keeping nature in balance as apex predators. Dylan thinks that’s pretty cool!
Dylan loves hiking through forests to hidden lakes and beaches - especially when there’s wildlife to spot along the way! He’s a budding forager too, searching the forest floor for mushrooms and picking fresh berries along the path. Back at camp, he loves to help cook up delicious meals from what he’s found along the way. Traveling in his family’s mobile basecamp means there’s always a brand new outdoor adventure waiting to be discovered!
