Dakota loves Scoutings, loves the outdoors, hopes one day to become a wildland firefighter to protect wild creatures and their home

This competition means a lot to him because of his love for the outdoors and his dream of becoming a wildland firefighter someday. He enjoys nature, being outside, and hopes to one day protect forests and natural spaces.
My favorite animal is the white-tailed deer. I think they are really beautiful, and they look sweet and innocent when you see them in the woods. I like watching how they move and the things they do. Mostly, I just like how pretty they are.
My favorite activity is camping. It lets me go outside and explore new places and see things you can’t see when you stay indoors. I like being in the woods and feeling like I am home. I also love sitting by the campfire and watching the fire glow on the trees. It makes everything feel peaceful.
