What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn MoreCreed’s favorite part about nature is how many different things there are to explore and create. He loves the idea of making his own toys out of wood and finding things in nature, like worms, that help plants grow. What he enjoys most, though, is getting to see animals, it’s his favorite part of being outside.
Creed’s favorite animals are snow leopards and pine martens. He’s fascinated by how snow leopards can move across steep, rocky mountains with incredible balance and strength, almost like they’re floating over the terrain. He also loves how soft their fur looks and thinks it’s special that they’re rare. Pine martens stand out to him because of their playful nature and ability to climb trees with ease, living high up in forest environments like tiny, adventurous explorers.
What Creed loves most about nature is the ability to fish, catch his own food, and enjoy it. He’s especially interested in learning how to be self-sufficient and take care of himself using the resources around him.
