Charlotte loves the scenery in the New Jersey Pines, the singing birds of spring and all the fun and dirt that comes along with living in our lake community in the summer. Tadpole hunting, paddle boarding, kayaking down the Mullica River at her grandparents house and full outdoor summer camp here in Medford Lakes.
Definitely horses! No competition! She loves how intelligent they are and enjoys learning each of their personalities. She rides at a local horse farm and has purchased so many books to increase her knowledge and improve her caretaking skills. She enjoys the barn life, including the kittens, pigs and loves everything from grooming and tacking up, to mucking the stalls!
At the moment it’s a tie between a lake day in our community or our annual trip to Paugas Bay, New Hampshire. Both include lots of water time, short hikes, looking for small animals and imaginative play with friends and family using sticks, moss, leaf piles and whatever else she can find to make her own fun. She also loves kayaking, paddle boarding, boating and exploring new places on the lakes.
