Charley LOVES to learn and ALL THINGS ANIMALS are his favorite. We dress up, do nature walks, bug hunts and visit zoos as often as we can!

Learn MoreCharley's favorite part of nature is spotting animals - from bird watching to exploring our local woods for squirrels, turtles, fish, bees and butterflies. We are blessed to have nesting Bald Eagles nearby our property and they visit our farm from time to time which is THRILLING for a little boy who loves animals. Charley has successfully raised a butterflies from caterpillars and released them last year. We raise and care for bees, build habitats for our feathered friends.
It changes frequently, but today Charley's favorite animal would be Monkeys - of any kind! He has got to see several up close at various facilities, not only do they make him giggle, but they share one of his favorite foods - bananas! He loves how they get to swing and climb and he actually has a stuffy monkey that makes monkey sounds that he drags everywhere with him! Who doesn't love the freedom of a monkey sailing through the treetops!
Charley's favorite outdoor activity is definitely going on an adventure walk. We live on a large family farm with over 150 acres that he gets to explore. He loves to hit the woods with Mama or Daddy by foot or in the side by side in full adventure gear to see what kind of wildlife we can come across, pick flowers, gather leaves, play in the creek pick up pine cones or find any other fun treasures in the woods! A sunny day is all we need for a wonderful time out in the woods on our farm.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
