He enjoys reading books about nature, visiting museums to learn new things, and watching nature documentaries. Exploring the outdoors and learning about science make him feel curious and inspired every day.
Calvin’s favorite animal is the owl. He knows many fascinating facts about owls and loves sharing what he learns. He thinks they are incredibly beautiful, with their big eyes, and silent flight. Calvin is amazed by their special adaptations, like how they hunt at night and turn their heads so far. He enjoys learning about the many different owl species and is always excited to discover something new about them
Calvin truly enjoys is digging in the dirt and gardening. With his hands or a small shovel, he loves making little holes, building mounds, and observing the bugs he finds. Digging allows Calvin to experiment and feel connected to nature in a meaningful way. He enjoys helping plant, water, and watch as tiny sprouts grow into beautiful plants. Calvin loves picking flowers outside and is drawn to bright colors. Sometimes he gathers a small bouquet to bring inside.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
