What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn MoreCal enjoys being outside in nature and he truly loves just watching animals. We observe animals in the backyard - he’s even named some of the frequent visitors. His grandparents live on some acreage and he loves to watch footage from their trail cameras and look at animal bones that are sometimes found on the property. Cal is a 6 year old boy that enjoys running around in the fresh air and taking in all that nature has to offer. He lives everyday to the fullest!
He is fascinated by reptiles, but crocodiles are his favorite! He thinks they’re “really cool” and “fierce”. He loves to soak up as much knowledge as he can. We’ve watched many documentaries and read countless books about crocodiles. He is truly a sponge and has so many animal facts packed in his young brain. He loves to share his animal knowledge with others and is always sure to include an animal joke or two!
Cal loves being playing outside! He really enjoys riding his scooter and showing off his scooter tricks, “the flamingo” and “the narwhal”. He’s also entering his second season of baseball with head coach dad. One of his favorite backyard games is playing “Wild Pig” with his sister, Kendall, and boxer dog, Josie (basically the three of them running around together). Cal is a ball of energy - he’s always on the move and always making people laugh!
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
